Sho Taylor, owner of Career Growth Pro began his career on the other side of recruiting - Nearly a decade of headhunting for corporations ranging from startup seed to large organizations in multiple different industries.

After the COVID pandemic, when so many were being laid off, he decided to make a change and help those impacted by layoffs rebuild their careers and professional skills.
